Instructions on withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement:

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from receipt of your communication. If you requested to begin the performance of the service during the withdrawal period, you owe us a reasonable amount for the service provided up to that point.

In the case of a service, the right of withdrawal expires when we have provided the service in full and, before we began, you gave your express consent and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
