How it works

Good for landlords, owners’ associations and anyone who doesn’t want to deal with every little thing themselves. We come at fixed intervals, check that everything is in order and sort out small jobs while we’re there. We discuss anything bigger with you first.

Request an appointment

Tell us what needs doing and choose your preferred appointment. A photo helps, but it isn’t a must. Within 24 hours you’ll get a reply with a price, personally from the owner.

The person who replies is the one who turns up.
With us, there’s no call centre and no waiting on hold.
Price before the appointment.
You know the cost in advance. If we can’t tell from the photo, we’ll come round free of charge.

Upload a photo

One photo from your phone is enough, but feel free to send two or three from different angles.

Free and without obligation, no sign-up needed.
