General terms and conditions

The provider is gehtfix, owner Samed Sariyürek, Bardenberger Str. 54, 52146 Würselen. These terms apply to orders for caretaker, garden, cleaning, house move and vehicle services, as well as to subscriptions.

Descriptions on this website are non-binding. A contract is concluded when we confirm an enquiry or booking. Where the work involved cannot be reliably estimated in advance, we give a price range and, after a free site visit, a binding fixed price.

All prices are final prices; as a small business under § 19 UStG (small-business scheme of the German VAT Act), we do not charge VAT. The call-out charge is a flat 35 € up to 20 km, plus 0.38 € for each additional kilometre. We will tell you the amount before the appointment.

Billing is by invoice after the work has been carried out, payable by bank transfer, card or iDEAL. We deliberately do not offer cash payment, so that the tax relief under § 35a EStG (German Income Tax Act) is preserved.

Appointments are confirmed as binding. You can pause and terminate subscriptions by email, WhatsApp or phone.

If something is not in order, we will first rectify it. On request, every job is documented with before-and-after photos. In all other respects, the statutory provisions apply.
